We all know how very rare Scotch makes Maeve very happy…here she is at Sotheby’s NYC last night, at an auction for a unique 64 year-old Macallan whisky, inside a beautiful Lalique decanter, made using the ancient Cire Perdue (lost wax) process that involves hundreds of hours of incredible hand-crafted workmanship. This unique bottle sold for an amazing $460,000 – the proceeds of which go to benefit Charity:Water. WOW!!!
