The Story

Danna is a small tidal island in the Scottish Highland region of Argyll and Bute. It can be reached by a stone causeway at the southern end of the beautiful Tayvallich peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

MaeVona founder Maeve Gillies spent much of her childhood on her grandparentís farm in Argyll; it is a landscape that is close to her heart.
