The beautiful wild IRIS loves Scotland's wet climate. Dating back to Greek mythology, the iris (named after the Greek word for rainbow) grows in a whole spectrum of colors, the most common being deep blue. In mythology they have been used to represent faith, hope, wisdom and courage, and when given as a gift, the IRIS can convey deep sentiment.
