Description: Iona fitted wedding ring featuring engraved details, to be worn on one or both sides of the engagement ring. Available with or without pavé diamond accents.
Iona is a wondrous, tranquil island in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland, of great and sacred significance in the history of Scotland.
The island became an important pilgrimage destination as far back as the 6th Century, when St Columba arrived from Ireland and founded a monastery there.
Several kings of Scotland, Ireland and Norway are buried on Iona. The beautifully preserved Celtic Abbey dates back to the 12th Century. Iona stone, a rare and treasured green sea-washed pebble, can be found on Iona's beaches.
